Resolved Question: Could the Indians do what the Mariners did 2 years ago?

2 years ago the mariners lost 100 games and were not that good. In the offseason the mariners did something which upgraded the offense a little, brought back the kid, Ken Griffey Jr. Now fast foward, it's 2010 and the Indians are on pace to lose about the same amount. They could use offense and the man who helped te indians become one of the best teams in baseball in the lat 90's is a free agent after the season.
